Ordering:
Placing an Item in Your Cart Just hit the Add to Cart button that corresponds with the item you have selected to purchase.

Changing Item Quantities – Before checking out just type the number of items you want in the "Quantity" field on your order form, then click the "Update Quantities" button.
Deleting Items From Your Basket – Before checking out just click the "Remove" box that corresponds to the item you’ve chosen not to order and click the "Recalculate" button.
Checking on the Status of an Order – Call 1-800-796-7797 to check the status of your order. The ability to do this online will be coming soon!
Canceling an Order – Just email (supreme@kitchenrus.com) or call (1-800-796-7797) our customer support team within 24 hours of your order and we will gladly terminate your requests. However, if your order has been shipped, it can’t be canceled and you will be charged. Most in-stock orders are delivered in 7-10 business days. If you want your order sooner, upgrade to Rush Service which delivers in 3-4 business days. Note that not all items are available for rush service. Additional charges may be imposed on some larger items.Prices and product availability are subject to change. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you of an anticipated delivery date
Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases from kitchenrus.com(Supreme Marketing Inc.). Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. (Make sure it’s the address and telephone number that your credit card bank has on file for you.) Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of your order.
Security & Safety:
To take the worry out of using your credit card to order through the web, KitchenRus.com use a Secure Server Technology (SSL) which encrypts your credit card information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Which means the characters are scrambled, making it impossible for a third party to intercept your personal information.
Claims
All Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
All refused or unclaimed shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges.
Web Return Policy: Having a problem with your purchase?
No problem! If you return an item within 15 days, we will reimburse you the full merchandise amount. After 30 days from the purchase date, there will be a 15% restocking fee. There are a few things to note:
- Original receipt (invoice) is required.
- All return products require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by kitchenRus.com (Supreme Marketing Inc.) Unauthorized return products will be rejected.
- RMA numbers issued by kitchenRus.com are valid for 7 days, and we must receive the return product within this period or your return may be refused. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or re-issued.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns, after 30 days from the purchase date. Any missing or damaged will result in rejection of the return or additional charges.
- Products authorized for return must be 100% complete
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. KitchenRus.com recommends the use of a reputable shipping carrier that offers proof of delivery with full insurance your return shipments.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- No merchandise will be accepted for returned after 90 days from purchase.
Refund Procedures
Step 1: Obtain an RMA # from our e-mail supreme@kitchenrus.com, or call our Customer Service Department 1-800-796-7797.
Step 2: After return is approved, we will issue a RMA number within one working day.
Step 3: Prepare a shipping box with proper packing materials. Please do not use merchandise container as a shipping box.
Step 4: Enclose a copy of your invoice and completed RMA form.
Step 5: Print your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. We will refuse any packages without this number.
Step 6: Return the package to the following address:

Step 7: Refund will be issued by check within 14 business days from the day that kitchenRus.com receives the returned product. There is NO charge back to customer’s credit card.

If a product is back ordered at time of order, it will be shipped as soon as possible at the price listed at the time of the order.
